What do we actually do?

On the one hand we have the Software Solutions, which is the electronic instruction for use. We also have the electronic quality management system which we provide to our clients. That's from a solutions perspective. For the Software Services we do everything related towards software validation and data integrity assessments. But we're also looking forward to new technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.

The core principle that our team holds in high regard is the commitment to go above and beyond. While we are capable of delivering a multitude of services, our primary focus lies in ensuring that our clients are empowered to seamlessly continue where we leave off.

Software Solutions & Services in QbD

So within QbD -and looking towards what we offer within the Software Solutions & Services division- we complement the QbD activities. We're really there to support each other and to see how we can grow together.

What makes us different from other divisions is the fact that we embrace new technologies. We really want to go forward looking at how to work more efficiently. The one challenge we face is that everything in our division is a lot more abstract. But with the right people we can really overcome those challenges and ensure we differentiate ourselves from other competitors.

Which part of my job gives me the most energy?

What character traits make you shine in Software Solutions & Services?

Looking towards what really makes you shine within the division as a person, it's not only going the extra mile, but also really trying to understand what the customer needs. Since everything is abstract, to be able to think in a certain abstract way -visualize it yourself- is also very important to be able to perform the activities.

The best compliment is when they say: "Jonathan, you were able to listen to me and translate it to what we actually need." And that is really valuable to me.
