What character traits make you shine in Quality Assurance?

The important character traits for a Quality Assurance member are caring, responsibility and common sense. You need to care about a product that you put onto the market, and that is closely tied to the responsibility of making sure that it gets there. And last but not least, there will be difficult situations where you will need common sense to make sure that you take the right decision in providing medicines or other products to patients.

"I'm very proud to be part of the Quality Assurance division. I think that what we do is critical and very important. We are really there to help the customer in bringing their product to the market. And even though we don't do it ourselves, I'm very happy that we can help and we can make a difference for our customers in achieving their goals."
